Is Pan still playing at the moment? While I have no problem with someone taking time to play their turns if he is staling then we should switch him to AI.

Pan staled 20. He has not submitted a turn for 21.
I will not AI unless he stales 2; even so I will send him a message here inquiring.

having been in negotations with him fairly constantly, im fairly sure he quit, which definitely throws off the otherwise great game I was having =/ im tryin to talk him into comin back, PM sent...no response yet.
