Concerning luck

There has been a post somewhere, sometime where someone tested which effects helped against seeking arrows. (shields, armour, air shield...) I'm almost completely certain he concluded that luck helps (50% of the time obviously), and that twist fate negated the first attack.

No idea on how to find that thread though, and also don't have the urge to try, so you'll have to trust my memory.
