Depending on the deal with his ISP you might get a name like:

<your.domain>.SEIV.PWB.CC

But based on the link I think it's:

SIEV.PWB.cc/<YourSite>

I *think* we could host an independent domain... but I'd have to check with Admiral about how feasible that is.

Note also that there's no other ISP involved--not really. The box we're working from has a static IP address, and PBW would be, effectively, your ISP (for web hosting only).
