Yep. Chinese Wiki was originally constructed by several players in order to help those who like this game but have difficulty understanding English, thus it's basically Chinese. However, there are some contents that both English and Chinese descriptions are available:

Thanks for the follow-up links. It's faster than looking through Edi's database for certain things
