Unless worded specifically otherwise a 3 turn NAP typically means that you have to give 3 turns notice before attacking an enemy, as opposed to being able to attack 3 turns after signing the treaty. It can be confusing at first, but it is the normal convention in MP games

Yes perhaps i should have made the wording more clear, as i assumed a conventional NAP but forgot i was playing with other inexperienced players...Oh well, now we fight to the death, all in good fun. Good Luck! (but not too good)
