I've been doing that for a long time with a 3 button mouse.

Ah the wheel - the wheelllll......drool.....

Or if you're like me and find that function totally useless, you make it double-click instead

Hey I once designed a System (WEB INTERFACE FOR END USER )for GM where the only specs where ....

Make it like a vax system , no clicking no tabing.

Man the wheel mouse would have killed them...
