Yeah I've done the scenario extract, and replace, thing a few times. Still working on my mini-campaign too, time consumeing as heck but I think (hope?) I've come up with a few twists that'll make it interesting.

It didn't exist "months ago" and is not an item 99.9% of players would ever get any use out of.
