Proportions on PBW

"I designed a Proportions Mod Race using 3000 racial points. For convienance I used the Piundon Ship set, and created a Biology, Society, and History for my new race to RP. So what do I do next. Have I so far missed any crucial steps. Thanks."

Now you go to the game and click the "upload empire" button, then find and select the .emp file for your newly-created race.
