Lol,
The OP is from the US, so just in case they or anyone else is not clear, here's the translation:
USA: Pants = Trousers
UK: Pants = Mens Underware (also used as a term of derision)

Hehe, thanks for the translation. I'm a few generations removed from the homeland so while I figured thats what he meant, I wasn't 100% sure.  |

Or you can just watch enough British Comedies to get the context. I can reccomend a few if you like, but I'v only got five or six that I'm really fimilar with. I do have to say that Brits have better television than us Yanks.

I watched a lot of that Britain's Got Talent when it was on. We also need a translator for the English used by the folks down South, who may well take it personal to be called a "Yank". |
