I would prefer that if Hinnom is permitted at all that they be played by a bona fide newb, not a "mildly experienced" one so to speak.

Wouldn't anyone who knows to ask for them be, by definition, not a bonafide N00b?

I don't carry my definition that far. So long as they have close to zero MP experience I'm fine.
