Darvin- the usual method is to sign up for nations first, then once nations are agreed upon, you upload. i'll leave it up to GB, and he'll probably let you play, but next time don't just upload a pretender without signing up first.

JR77- I'm sure GB had a method for assigning nations, and i'd like it if you would listen to him, but if Lihassa wants to switch, its all good.

btw, I am helping GB admin thus my air of authority.
