Probably better for the early game, the Ultimate Gateway only starts comming into force around level 15... if you build for it

Pfft. I found that site when I was Marverni while teleporting into an enemy province and I was like why the hell do I even have druids?. Then I found, while fighting that same enemy several discount and mage recruitment sites some of which I'd have killed for. And what had I? A stupid air mage site that I found after I had suicided my second air queen (I was still too nooby to use SCs). Oh, and a free castle when I had already 5 up.

Then in another game I found some better air mages (silver order I think) on my first air search and used one of them to rout an enemy army supported by 2/3 as many mages as I had in the whole game even killing his god 5 turns later.

Pardon my bad luck but I have never had ANY of those sites...

Question: say on the Conj site, do you have to be IN the province with the site for it to work, or is it just yours to use anywhere?
