Good catch. The parser isn't built to validate winning nation names so typos are considered as different nations.
Modded nations are included as well.

My thanks to all of you. Your comments are really helpful.
If anyone is interested in double checking me, I am willing to send the detailed debug log files of the parser and/or the DB file.
