Some are, there are still some being made in 1.49. The mod picker should be in the download forum here at Shrapnel.. I don't have a copy.

Yeah, most of the mods work for Gold only now, but the old Versions are still available. Also there is the B5 mod, which is being developed under 1.49 (please correct me, if I am wrong).

anyway, it is a good idea to get the Gold Version. very important bugfixes, much better AI, support in the future both for the game and the mods are worth it, IMHO. plus there are going be some new toys for modders, which will probably result in some nifty things .

There's tons of Star Trek shipsets. Atrocities has made the majority of them. There's others too just can't remember their names. Just look for a post of Atrocities and look in his sig, there you will find all the shipsets he's made, 8472, TMP, TOS, you name it. Hope that helps...
