troops not moving when they should

If the province they were destined for was attacked in the magic phase then your troops not moving is just as it should be unless they are flyers. Normal troops cant attack a province from two provinces away. And if they took it in the magic phase then it is an enemy province in the movement phase.

yea thats what happened. he would teleport an SC into the province his army was moving into. Since the SC took the province in the magic phase, My troops that were 2 provinces away couldn't move there. So only part of my army moved there and got slaughtered by his army.
