f1 mage searched for at least f2! And I even saw a n1 mage search for n3.

(Same with other level 1 paths).

Test it out yourself, download the debug mod, make a high S all other paths at 1 pretender, and set nr of provinces to 9. And then, wait.

Higher paths do increase the chances of a search and increase the chances of higher level searches.

Well, because most of you are probaly to lazy to test it. I uploaded a screenshot. Qilla is the one who casted the strands spell.

Maybe it's just a low probability situation. I've watched things not get scanned until I had the caster wish for magic power.
