Yes, it's hosting now.
It wasn't just this game, there ware a few others as well, they didn't seem to host until all turns were in for some reason.
Every time instead of hosting Llamaserver seemed to delay the game again, but it's all good now, or not depending on if you were the one not sending the turn in.
