Yeah, I am finding that out. I have been working on it for that Last 10 minutes or so using the process Taz suggested. I go through the steps to upload, copy the link, go to my profile, pasted the link and there it is. I update my profile and it disappears, as you can see. Any other suggestions. I have a pretty cool one that the folks here can relate to.

ISTR that others have had issues with copying & pasting the link; I think the avatar setup assumes part of the URL, so when you paste in the whole thing it gets confused... or something like that...
