Not to mention, if the refit shrunk the weapons by, oh, 1/6 ... you CAN add 1/6 more weapons, so long as everything still fits into the hull.

Pahzhalsta -- (please) but in this context - 'you're welcome' Same usage as bitte shoen in German in response to danke shoen.
I figured Oleg as someone who may be a native Russian/Ukranian speaker - but I could be wrong.
