well it just gonna be a challenge to get those area first and hold them,i dont really see a problem with that and im not even sure if those area without player will be large.

We should probably modify the map to have 8 fair starting locations. If some nations have a lot more extra space between them than others it will help them a lot.

at worse let make it 12 ppl game gonna be less complicated?

i dont mind either way but i dont feel like modding the map

The easiest is to take this map with the no fixed start option. It exist already on llamaserver ...
