I mean we don't really need a R'yleh player, the new player can pick any nation he want.

R'yleh seems like it would have an amazing position on this map, and bug everyone with its insanity spreading dominion that you need to invest alot to hold back, I also would be ok with someone replacing hawk120 as any nation they want to be.
