My screen res is 1920x1080 on a 24 inch monitor.

Looks great to me.

Running game in a VM the VM is Windows 10. I also can run it on a Linux VM (Mint).

For both WW2 & MBT.

I use desktop, windowed and Borderless Gaming for 'full screen'.
