Had the same problem last week (DL-link as well as forums account email, both didn't arrive).
Using the support center contact form eventually did the job.
(They'll probably tell you the reason not receiving email is on your side. It isn't ).

I suspect they will. I've raised it with support and got what I think is an automatted response back so my email works and not treated a spam.
