No I don't. The subtlety of your 'wit' completely eludes me.

WHAT?!?! Are you serious? So boarding parties, security stations, and crew quarters are no defense?!? And here I thought it was the number of marines or security stations it could convert! Guess I'll have to redo the whole part of my ongoing mod where I redid boarding parties to be 1-square allegiance subverters!!!

Master Computers are actually cost effective for the larger hulls. But... the computer virus (CV)is an incredably effective weapon. I heard if you have both the MC and Crews the crews can't be converted until the MC is destroyed. It can be an effective combination
Funny, I thought the MC ship could be converted after the MC is destroyed even if it didn't have a crew, because the MC provided the "immune to conVersion" ability, so losing the MC loses the ability - even though it wouldn't work that way in real life (with no crew to convert, the ship cannot be captured by telepathy)

You both said the same thing from different angles.
1) The MC completely protects your ship from any A.S. capture attempt.
2) Any ship without an MC can be psychically cpatured.
