I think so. I got the reminder for the 8:30ish turn, but not the 9:30ish. Haven't checked my e-mail since then; I can download the turn faster from the PBW site than I can collect all my e-mail.
Setting priorities for which ministers you want to clean up after is critical. I've had two turns so far that I spent too much time on to make their deadline.
