Trouble loading the new, new patch

When I try loading this new patch fix...being the same Version I updated with earlier...1.27, I get a message saying I can't update the game. Any suggestions other than having to re-load the entire game again and adding the new patch??

Ah, lucky for me I keep my CDs in a nice safe place on my desk.

(Of course, knowing my luck I'll find the thing is broken in half or something. )
