Talking about food Groups doing strange things to your digestive system....
When travelling round Europe as a student, I survived in France on a diet of very cheap red wine, baguettes and really cheap camembert. Turned my doo doos black as night I can tell you.
I then got constipated, even after eating mussels and fries (with mayonnaisse) in Holland.
Then I got to Germany. 4 kilos of sauerkraut and related pork products and my god, when I finally went to the loo, it was bright red (although that might have been my haemmoroids) and was kind of like a lift off of an Saturn V rocket!!
