PBW incompatible with IE 6 SP 1?
Ever since upgrading to SP 1 of IE 6, the PBW site has been acting kind of weird. Sometimes (such as right now), it wants to download menu.jsp instead of open it in the page. Very odd.

I am currently running IE6 and SP1, no problems there.
Must be something else.

It's just one of those oddities i guess, good old buggy Microsoft software
I am running the same Version as both of you and having no trouble with the site

Fyron, check with your school network's system administrator -- you may be experiencing your troubles not entirely because of what software you are using ... the school may be using a proxy, which isn't wroking well with downstream Users who have IE6SP1 installed. Or the proxy may be slightly java intolerant. OR somehting along those lines.

Likewise. Sometimes I have to hit reload on my dialup to get a PBW page to build right, but that's all it takes. Unless PBW is actually down.  Maybe just a network slowdown, even if you're not using a modem. |
