				 dissapearing people....?
(the first 2 paragraphs are a copy & paste from irc...)
ummm... yea. so i'm building spheres everywhere now, and transferring pop between them. i'm using juggernauts to transfer pop (that's 5820 million ppl per ship). but... i loaded up 17B into 3 ships, then unloaded them on the same planet and the pop just dissapeared! i was shortchanged 17 Billion people...

to make things worse: i figured i'll just take pop from other planets to fill in the void. i sent a ship to pick up 5.3B ppl, it drops them off at the sphere, but it won't register the change. i lost ANOTHER 5.3B ppl. (ok, it's not much when your empire has 2T ppl... but still, it doesn't seem right)

the sphere currently has 104 Billion people and is not domed, and this in a fully patched gold with Atrocities' STM v1.7.2.

Are you sure that you're not accidentally jettisoning them into space?

There are display bugs when you get a lot of population. It does not always display the correct amount once you get out to a few dozen billions. The population should be there, and it functions correctly in all regards. But, it just does not display the correct levels at times. |

I've found that all population in storage (cargo bays) are knocked off your population score until they are back on a planet. |

No cargo counts for score purposes. |

On the (F11) Empire Settings/Comparisons/Population graph, you can see the population seesaw when an AI is using transports.

The AI, or your own graph.
