Need a PBE auto-turn generator

I am wishing to run a game for friend by playing by e-mail but I need an auto-turn generator so that i do not have to be constantly watching e-mails and moving files around and still get the turns out. I was told by the game creators that there are such programs pout there. Can anyone help me locate one or 2.

Is there any reason why you don't want to or can't use PBW to do the hosting and email handling?

I would like to have full control over who is playing the game and what mods they are using. Plus Host it myself. If I could get the program that PBW uses to host my own I would.

You have full control over who plays. You can accept or decline if they join the game or now.

You also are in command on which mod to use. Not everyone can use a different mod for the same game.

You can even kick people from the game, and assign them manually to an empire slot. You most certainly have full control over the game.

You could also try TCP/IP. That automates the hosting for you, but it does require all players involved to play at the same time.

Also, I doubt the PBW staff will be willing to hand over the PBW code to you.
