Starting with the default setting?is that the lowest setting or is that higher than the next higher 250?
Iv'e tested at 2000 and the AI at 250 and saw little difference maybe even harder!
In SPWaW i started even and increased the AI battle points as the campaign progressed.
But giving the AI 2000 scares me!
Defualt here seems a little tough

If you are refering to a campaign any point values you put in for the AI are ignored and the standard play balance is in effect.

Thanks that answers "that" question.
But leads me to another,sorry,
So, the game gets easier as the campaign progresses?
With added experience and larger core does the AI take that in consideration and have larger force itself or it always the same?
I'm a bit perplexed as it's different in SPWaW.

The answer to the first question is depends on whether you are technologically on the short end of the stick or not. I wouldn't say it gets harder or easier, personally. It just gets different. You have to alter your tactics as things change, same as you would attack a Russian T-34/85 differently than a BT-7.
The answer to the second question, as the value of your core increases, so does the value of what the AI gets to use. Your units get experience, your core value goes up even if you don't change your equipment. Typically, people update their units (unless you want to fight Russians in '44 with PzKw Ib tanks) however and that kicks up your core value, so the AI value goes up as well. Keep in mind however, the value of what the AI has to choose from also goes up, so things tend to stay in the proportions you deal with in early battles. That really depends on who you are fighting.
In my current campaign, my core has gone from 2,500 (09/1939) to around 5,000 (06/1941). I expanded it a bit to fill a few gaps, but generally it's just experience. One PzKw IIIh, which retails for 63 with a 70 pt experience crew now goes for 95 with a 100 pt experience crew. That 95 points will get the British now almost two A13 mk II (at 49 each) instead of a little more than one before. You can kind of see how it goes.

Re: Starting core battle points
Thanks RERomaine,
So the AI does increase it's force proportionatly.
That's good to know,as i like a good hard Battle.
Speak of which i just started 2nd one of a campaign of 40,
In tunsia German against UK AI this time,
I am pumped because Uk tanks were so inferior at that time.
But just realized i cicn't buy any AA!
I"m sure i will regret it,no those are not birds aww crap!
O well,I just got a marginal last one with U.S.I'm going to give it a go anyways.

My core value is up to 5,400 from the last battle and I'm getting ready to launch an assault against the British. With my support points, my force is around 11,000 points, so I'm expecting to face an enemy force in the range of 4,000 points.
On the bright side, visibility is only 9 and I believe that favors the attacker. I can maneuver pretty much unseen and probably won't have to worry about enemy aircraft.
The downside to low visibility is I have to park my truck mounted 88s and 37mm flak and the British 2pdrs can be deadly at 450 meters. Out of 11,000 points to spend, I only have 17 tanks, all PzKw IIIh and in my core. My assaults feature lots of crunchies (that's infantry for all non-tanker types ).
