Upon downloading my new turn tonight, it told me that last turn I staled, and in fact I didn't find the llamaserver's confirmation email.
Now, I don't know what's the policy in these cases...while this won't be a total disaster for me, it sure is problematic; not to mention that the failed execution of this turn caused me diplomatic problems with other nations.

I know this sucks, but I can't roll a game back because of one player's staled turn. The only times I will do this is when there is a server problem that impacts everyone's turn. As for example, when Llamaserver crashes the game while processing and stales everyone, etc.
It is getting annoying how this keeps happening with Llamaserver though. I keep hearing people in other games and here complaining about the emails not getting received. Or turn files not being delivered.

llamaserver has issues right now.
all you have to do is check if your turn has been recieved. as long as you check up on everything all is fine. make sure llama recieves your turn and stay updated on the games status

Llama has been receiving my turns late as well. I advise sending in all turns 6 hours in advance. Maybe we can change our hosting time from 48 hours to 54 hours to give people a little cushion? I think that the new Llamaserver comes online in the next couple weeks so hopefully these will be a thing of the past soon!

Can I get an extension until 0100 GMT Tuesday? It will be very tough to get tomorrow's turn in without one.

So do I! Just got home from pulling a 12-hour overnight and have been awake for 22 hours and counting. I shall collapse shortly. Game delayed 24 hours.

Are you awake yet, Firewalker? I have summoned some of the spirits of 'spirits' this eve (Demon Rum, to be specific, and his sidekick Rot Gut - you should see their stats! No gems were required in their summoning, but several pounds of gold were expended), and while having been very useful, they now demand to be entertained! They also demand you change your ID to Firewater!

OMG, the spirits are powerful indeed! Not seconds after I posted their demands, one has been granted (well, not the name change thingy, they're still pestering me about that! Come on, Firewater, not Firewalker! :P)!

LOL. Yeah, I dragged myself out of bed and sent in a turn. Firewater ... that would have been a good call sign! Will have to wait for my next incarnation somewhere else...
