Permanent sub needed for either Arcoscephale or Lanka. Both players have departed the game suddenly and without word. zultor (Helheim in the game) is about to be destroyed, so he will take over for one of these nations. He doesn't care which, so the sub gets to pick!
It's still early game (turn 15), and not all of the indies have even been taken yet. To my knowledge, Lanka and Arcoscephale are at peace. They both have a similar, moderate number of provinces. Their economies are in good shape. Arcoscephale has very good research and a large number of forts. Lanka has demon monkeys.
