In Explorer, go to the Tools or Options menu (depending on OS) and select Folder Options. Click on the View tab. Then, locate the BMP format, and change the program that opens bitmaps by default. There should be a "restore default" button (maybe) that you can use to expedite the process. If not, locate Paint.exe in the Windows folder. |
