Well I had a mustache for a while but considering I have blonde hair it didn't show up to much so I shaved it off....since then I've shaved a couple of times a week and rarely ever even let myself get 5 o'clock shadow.

I believe this is called an Imperial, a Soul Spot, or a Soul Patch. When I don't shave, my soul spot consists of seven hairs. Some people have bad facial hair. I have a mockery of facial hair, it is sparse, wiry, and stays under my jawline between the burns and the chin. They call it The Billo Halo.Quote:

So I shave, and it's the right thing to do.

well, i did go with 'none' for no sideburns or beard, but i only bother to shave once a week. so it might be called a beard with sideburns, but none of the hairs get very long and it's an unoficial one.

I've always known it as a "Caterpillar" and something else I cannot say here.

Re: OT: stache, goat, female, ...
the scruff grows in pretty quick if i dont shave every day, but i can often get away with it since its blond and does not show very much.
sometimes over long vacations i grow 'mutton chops' or sideburns with a mustache, ah-la Lemmy Killmister. purely as a lark or to appear as ridiculous as possible while in the wilderness, it never Lasts more than two or three weeks.

I was a little surprised that SJ had a 'stache - but then again I've been surprised by the real appearance of everyone on the forum that I've met or seen pictures of. |

I think S_J once commented that he looked like his avatar- back when he used the "biggles" pic- so I wasn't surprised to learn he had growth. |

I'm throwing my mexi-stache into the ring. Mustaches are under-represented. I'm surprised there are as many none's as the poll says. When I read this stuff I can only ever picture someone with bloodshot eyes and unkempt facial hair. |
