 |  If it is happening during game turn, try this, put all of the players on manual and run the turns for them.  This should clear up the AVE.

 Didn't have any real problems with ME, still prefer 98SE, but ME didn't seem any worse. Bit more reliable in normal operation but the crashes were worse. Totally subjective mind.

 I switched ME for XP. But I had alot of old DOS games and such that I wanted to run which ME didnt seem to like, and I didnt feel like moving up to a Win2k server.

 |  as I said, I can not "make" it happen just dose and then I must exit and reboot to be sure it will not pop up in the next few turns.
