Added a couple of Wiki pages

I appreciate your efforts to be helpful, but I have no idea what you are refering to with the term " Faclities " ???

I only added a couple of Race/Empire pages, none of which was very large in size and description.

ahhh you were in se4 game mods(3.0) shipsets (3.2) orion

and strategia was in SEWiki Stubs sub categorie facilities


suggestion place a reverse link back up to shipsets at top of article label it "back to shipsets" makes it much easier to navigate

besides suggestion would conformn to building shipset pages excerpt "General information
Include whatever information you feel is important. A link back to the Shipsets (SEIV) page is a good idea,
