MA Rlyeh gets a special militia event.
They receive Atlantians and a magic item from the event. The last time I got the event, I received 54 Atlantian troops and a berserker pelt.

I've only ever received Ronin when playing Jomon... I don't believe the earlier ages get them. Someone please let me know if I'm wrong.

MA Eriu gets Milesian spearmen. They are not too bad at all, not a unit I would normally build, but far better than militia and I was happy to get them.
