In CBM, the items that reduce encumbrance rather than provide reinvigoration: the owl quill and the weightless mail, they combo well with quickness since enc is reduced before quickness doubles it and the effect is therefore effectively doubled. For example a thug with base enc 3 and an owl quill will reduce that to 1 which quickness doubles to 2, without the owl quill it would double to 6 so the effective reduction is 4. This combos well with a light e bless or a cheap reinvig item.
