Map editor -- how to access "A.Building"?

I may have known the answer to this at one time but, if so, I've forgotten it...

Scenario 275 has buildings entitled "A.Building". Also the "W.Building" looks different (and much better for a Middle Eastern map).

How do I access these? Hotkeys H and B give me the standard wooden and stone buildings. And I can't find a hotkey for "A.Building."
