D_G, you do realise you're making more work for yourself by putting the rank insignia on there don't you? As ppl get promoted, you're going to have to re-work their avatars.

What you would call work I would call having fun, But I'll set a rule,.. "If you get promoted you must post a note to me to let me know!" I'm not going to make it my mission to keep track of all the promotions! OK?

Dogscoff, when thinking up your Avatar pic I had a strange vision of this skeleton entering a room and the 'humans' within fleeing in panic while this dog simply licked his lips and thought mmmm Lunch!..

..about your request Mephisto.. I tried my best to scale down the pic you sent me but wasn't too happy with the results, pic#3 below. I created an alternate loosely based on your idea with the fire with #2.. let me know what you think!

LOL! Cool avatar. I'm a bit worried that the mere mention of my name inspires visions of the undead, but cool avatar. Any chance of adding a touch of the norse in there? A battleaxe or a Viking helmet or something?
