I ran across this magic site and it has no description...

Anyone know its benefit?

When in doubt, check the database.

Anyway, the site is supposed to create a fort in the Province it is found. Did you already have one in it?

Calling it a fort is to be very generous. The jervelian wall is probably the worst fortress i the game. As I recall, it got zero admin and only a hundred in defense.

Oh well. At least you can build mages in it if you also build a lab.

I already had a fort in it....but it has a GREAT research mage you can recruit. Really cheap and 7 RP.

The site/fort have nothing to do with the Mage recruit. There must be another site there giving you that.

I suspect he means Sage, not Mage. And the site would probably be the Library if that's the case.
