Do you build fort faster w/ more than 1 person

I can set more than 1 person to build fort. Will this make it faster???

Short answer: No.

Slightly longer answer: no, but the commander who starts building a fort doesn't have to be the one who finishes it...

And ANY commander can build a castle. Probably that should be "can supervise the builing of a castle", but either way, scouts are much easier to come by than commanders of your main army.
