Default Just looking for a tip..

Does anyone have any suggestions on how i could go about drawing borders for provinces.. I'm at the edge of my sanity, having tried for half an hour or so with no results.

Do you want to make good-looking borders, or to draw borders the game can read so that neighbours are correctly defined?

If the latter, make sure all of your provinces have a single pure white pixel in the center, draw the borders in some variation of red, and go through the whole map in the map editor to be sure.

No problem. The red borders only help the game guess better, and they can be removed or recolored later as long as the white pixels aren't changed.
