Who Made the First Cloaking Planet?

I was thinking about adding this idea to the STM mod for the Pirates, and wanted to give credit to the master mind behind the original idea.

I don't know, and it seems that question is popping up a lot today. But I'm sure many modders/players thought of this, it's kind of a no-brainer.
