A working link to Patch 3, I do not have it on this system and can not find it, any help??

Yes, get patch 4. 
I would email Aaron and ask him for it or email shrapnel.
You could try and get the direct address for patch 4 and substitute a 3 for the 4 and see if that works.

Patch 3 is available (actually all the old patches are) in the PBW file library, Official SEIV Files section.

Hmmm......for some rason "Splash" screen said 184 but patch said not the right Version...now to find CD and re-install

The patches are inclusive, so Patch 4 covers all that patches 1-3 had. |
