Default questions on final game

I have two main questions about the final game.

1)can I choose to make it run slower than it is now? I know it's faster than real-time for game play purposes, but I admit, I sometimes geek out and try to say the ATC commands before hitting the exec button.
Needless to say, this means that I can't just point and click and order 5 planes in 5 seconds.

2)I thought that there was only 1 freq for a given controller? Thus, if 2 pilots started talking, there would be feedback and someone would have to repeat what he/she said. In fact, I noticed this when listening to the pilot comms in the airline headphones. A transmission would be interrupted, and the ATC or the pilot would say "blocked" and the transmitting person would have to repeat.
This might be something to think about, and would go along well w/ the "real" real-time mode that I was thinking of in question 1.

All in all though it looks like a great game, and will tide me over till the guys over at xavius.com release their ultra-realistic ATC sim
