OT - Gone Gold Web Site?

I don't normally post OT topics, but what the heck. I know a lot of other SE4 fans frequented the general gaming website www.gonegold.com in the past, so the question is what's up with it? It has been down for over a week. I do not recall seeing any warning sign that it was going to be shut down due to a lack of funds. Does anyone know what happened?

The guy running it has always been in bad health and family problems. It finally got too much for him and he took it down.
