What operating system are you using? Windows 98, 2000, XP, vista?
How much memory do you have?
How much hard drive space do you have?
Did you disable anti-virus before installing?
Try installing in a different directory.
If that does not work:
Download the game again.
Install again.

Intl ´core TM 2CPU 2.13 Ghz.2 GB ram win XP Home
Avast is ok.32 gb free of 145 on HD
reloaded and instaled it 3 times on all 3 disk for test if disk is ok or not enuff disk space on all over 30GB.
still not start, only main meny then ``poff`´ gone`.

Ahrrrrg its me agin .fund it ,windows is corupt 214 files is missing ,menny dll is not correct .have to reinstall windows
