British M3 Halftrack speed?

Currently playing a multi-national UN campaign in Korean War, I noticed the British mechanised (armoured) infantry getting outpaced by their French and American colleagues...

The British M3 halftrack #261 (including mobile mortars; #419 & #420) has a game speed of 18.

The US, France, Israel, etc M3/M5's have a speed of 24 for all their variants.

Did the Brits limit their speed? put a different engine in them? doctrinally limit their speed? or is this a case of a different OoB designer using a different source for the halftrack's speed?

[Exceptions - the British M3 ammo carrier #763 has speed 24 and The French M3/81 mortar carrier #453 has speed 22]

they have the correct speed in WW2.

looks like a data error that has been around a long while.

Back to the beginning is my bet but I can only check back to winSPMBTV1 and it's 18......now corrected for the next release
